Don’t buy food that has been processed or have been genetically modified. Eat a natural diet, which is much easier than you think. Stick to the basics such as fruits, veggies, oats, nuts, seeds and of course water. As for snacks, you can consume real chocolate, which is actually high in antioxidants. Eventually eating healthy and following a balanced diet will become easy.
